The 21 Best Sports Bras of 2023, Tested and Reviewed

Fitness newbies often underestimate the power of a well-fitted, supportive sports bra. According to LaJean Johnson, one of the world's leading experts on breast motion, finding the right sports bra for your body type can be the deciding factor between an empowering sweat session and a battle with discomfort.

Nowadays, sports bras are more than just supportive gear. They come in different designs, fabrics, and features to suit different activities and body types. To help you find the sports bra that’s a perfect fit for you, we rigorously tested some of the most popular choices out there and picked out 22 of the best sports bras based on their features and performance.

Why We Like It: This bra’s all about that incredible support without skimping on comfort.

It’s Worth Noting: For the fashion-forward gym-goers, the design might feel a tad basic.

The Lululemon Run Times Bra fits like a dream! The cups scoop back smartly to evenly distribute support — no pinching, no squeezing at all. The bands and straps have soft padding for extra comfort, so they won’t dig in and distract you during a set. Speaking of straps, they’re also easily adjustable on the fly. This bra also works great for different workout intensities, staying comfy and breathable. Another thing we loved about this bra is how well it held up even after multiple washes, thanks to the durable yet comfortable Lycra material, which helps maintain the bra structure.

The understated design doesn’t show much cleavage and keeps the girls fully contained during your workout, which is a plus for those who prefer their workout gear to be more on the modest side.

Sizes:  B - G Cups | Material: Nylon, Xtra life lycra® elastane | Adjustable: Yes

Why We Like It: Its comfy, snug fit with some seriously stretchy, breathable fabric.

It’s Worth Noting: The straps are a bit thin and non-adjustable (but don’t let that fool you — they’re still plenty supportive).

Although it didn’t snag our top spot, the Vuori Tempo Bra has truly earned its stripes as our runner-up. The overall fit was like a reassuring hug, compressing and containing everything nicely without that dreaded feeling of being squished. Plus, the fabric is stretchy, supportive, and kind to the skin. Regarding durability, this bra’s been through the wringer — from sweaty gym sessions to multiple trips through the wash — and it still looks as good as new.

At first, we were a bit wary of the Vuori Tempo’s slender straps, but all doubts disappeared as soon as we tried them out. Although they aren’t adjustable, they’re very reliable in the support department.

Sizes: XS - XL | Material: Polyester, Recycled Polyester, Elastane | Adjustable: No

Why We Like It: This sports bra provides seriously great support and comfort without breaking the bank.

It’s Worth Noting: Watch out for those non-adjustable straps and sneaky twisting pads after washing.

There’s “affordable,” and then there’s “bang for the buck” — that’s the Running Girl Sports Bra. We had modest expectations because of the price point, but we were really impressed with how well it fits. Its distinct breast cups don’t squish or compress too much, providing just the right hug for the girls. Whether we were pounding the pavement, lifting weights, or testing our MMA skills, this bra held its own without riding up.

The fabric is also thick enough for durability but somehow maintains breathability for those scorching summer workouts. Multiple washes in, it still looks fresh off the rack — vivid colors, zero pilling, and not an inch of unwanted stretching. Speaking of colors, we love how there are so many (31!) to pick from.

The only downsides we see are the non-adjustable straps and how the removable pads sometimes get twisted in the wash. But overall, we didn’t really find it to be too much of an issue.

Sizes: XS - XXXL | Material: Nylon, Spandex | Adjustable: No

Why We Like It: The zip-front design and stretchy nylon-lycra fabric make it a super comfy sports bra that’s easy to wear and get off when you’re sweaty.

It’s Worth Noting: The straps are non-adjustable, but they were stretchy enough to make up for that.

Secure but nowhere near suffocating is how we can describe the Lululemon Enlite’s fit. We tested the band and strap tightness using the two-finger rule, and it passed with flying colors. We could move, jump, and sprint without any "riding up" mishaps, yet post-workout, our skin was mark-free and happy. The well-constructed zipper at the front gets top marks for quality and user-friendliness, especially if you're someone who's wrestled with post-sweat bra removal.

The straps are non-adjustable, but it wasn’t an issue because of how stretchy the nylon-lycra fabric was without compromising support. The fabric also helps the sports bra not lose its “oomph” after multiple washes. Sure, it’s a bit pricey, but we think of it as an investment, considering all the features you’re getting.

Sizes:  C - DDD | Material: Nylon, Polyester, Lycra® elastane | Adjustable: No

Why We Like It: We love how it can keep pace with every movement, thanks to its tailored fit and lightweight comfort.

It’s Worth Noting: The racerback-style straps can be a bit tricky to get on and off, especially with post-workout sweat.

With adjustable straps and bands, it’s no surprise the All in Motion High Support Racerback Sports Bra provides you with a comfy, tailored fit. “I wore this for every kind of workout imaginable,” says Kristen Geil, Shape senior commerce editor. “Tennis, running, cycling, yoga, boxing, strength training — literally everything. This sports bra never gapped or rubbed in a weird way, and the thin fabric was surprisingly supportive.” Another amazing feature she loved? The straps are adjustable in the front of the sports bra — seriously genius.

It’s made from lightweight yet durable fabric that feels soft and lays flat against your skin. We also loved how the fabric kept us fresh, and we never felt soaked with sweat, even after muggy outdoor runs. The molded breast cups are another plus since they give your chest a neat contour and prevent awkward side spillage. And all of that at under $30, we think it’s a steal.

Just a tiny heads up about those stylish racerback straps – they might test your patience a bit while putting on or taking off. Since the bra has both racerback straps and an adjustable back closure, you have to wiggle through both when getting in and out of the bra. But trust us, the overall experience makes this little hiccup worth it.

Sizes:  XS - 4X | Material: Recycled polyester | Adjustable: Yes

Why We Like It: The light compression that’s supportive for small to medium chest sizes.

It’s Worth Noting: This bra works great for smaller chests, but those on the bigger side may want to look for a bra with extra support.

The Vuori Daily Bra has that classic design that never goes out of style, and we love it! Aesthetics aside, the second thing you’ll notice is how comfortable it feels when you put it on. The polyester construction feels very friendly on the skin, and the stretchy nature allows it to comfortably hug the skin without digging into the skin and leaving marks. Performance-wise, it’s a great fit for different types of workouts, and it holds up really well in the wash, too. That said, the bra offers light compression that works great for small to medium chests, but we do think it may be a bit lacking in support for bigger chests.

Though the straps and bands aren’t adjustable, they’re plenty stretchy. Still, using the size chart on the product page will ensure you have a good, comfortable fit. The price is a bit above average, but for the comfort you’re getting, we think it’s worth the purchase.

Sizes: XXS - XXL | Material: Polyester, Elastane | Adjustable: No

Why We Like It: It's like the Goldilocks of sports bras for A-C cups: not too tight, not too loose, just the right hug with breathability to boot.

It’s Worth Noting: The pull-on design may be a pro for some, but those with a bigger bust or post-sweat struggles might find it a bit tricky to get out of.

Scoring high on comfort and functionality, the Nike Indy kept us fully supported and comfortable, even after long runs. We love how seamlessly the band hugged around the rib cage and offered evenly distributed support. Despite being thin, the straps didn’t compromise on comfort. They’re also easily adjustable from the front, making on-the-go tweaks a breeze. The bra has light padding that fully keeps everything in a snug fit without compressing too much, all while providing just enough space to let the twins breathe. “I know this isn’t really the point of sports bras, but to be totally honest, my cleavage looks great when I wear the Nike Indy,” adds Geil. Do with that what you will.

Additionally, this sports bra has breathable mesh sides that are perfect for those super sweaty workout sessions. Though we love how it looks, the pull-on design can make it a bit hard to remove after an intense, sweaty workout, especially for those with larger chests. Nonetheless, those with smaller chests will probably find the right blend of comfort, style, and performance with the Nike Indy.

Price at time of publish:  $38

Sizes: XS - 2XL | Material: Recycled polyester | Adjustable: Yes

Why We Like It: It’s a bra that understands and embraces bigger busts with a gentle, supportive touch.

It’s Worth Noting: The band rides up a bit, especially during intense movements, so we only recommend it for low-impact exercises.

We were really impressed with how well this bra fits larger chests! No side spillage, no gapping, just a snug fit that left our reviewers feeling secure without being squashed. It cups the breasts nicely and evenly distributes support, thanks to the double racerback straps. We’re also obsessed with the thick, padded velcro straps that are easily adjustable from the front. The zip-front design is also a godsend, especially when you're drenched in sweat and want to cool down quickly.

One minor complaint we have about this bra is that it tends to ride up in the front and back when doing high-impact exercises (think jumping jacks), but it’s nothing a bit of strap adjustment can’t fix. The pads also tend to move and twist in the wash, but then again, it’s a pretty common thing with sports bras.

Price at time of publish: $65

Sizes: XS - 6X | Material: Nylon, Spandex, Polyester | Adjustable: Yes

Why We Like It: It offers support that feels “just right,” balancing snugness without restriction.

It’s Worth Noting: The pull-on style may be a challenge post-sweat fest, but its comfort and seamless fit more than make up for it.

If you’re looking for a no-fuss sports bra with middle-ground support, the Gymshark Sweat Seamless Bra should be your pick. From the get-go, its fit was exactly what we hoped for – solid and reassuring. The thin, non-adjustable straps worried us at first, but we were pleasantly surprised at how comfortable they felt, never digging into the skin, no matter the exercise. The band has medium-level compression that sits comfortably between compressive and liberating and can probably provide enough support up to a C cup. It also gets another point for comfort, thanks to its smooth, breathable fabric and thick yet plush removable cups.

Now, it might be a bit of a struggle to take it off after particularly sweaty escapades, but compared to other ultra-compressive bras, it's a breeze. Plus, after numerous wears and washes, it still feels and looks brand new.

Price at time of publish: $46

Sizes: XS - XXL | Material: Premium DYNMC fabric | Adjustable: No

Why We Like It: A basic yet stylish sports bra that provides high compression without the squeeze (plus, a phone pocket at the back!).

It’s Worth Noting: Those with bigger chests may find it a bit too tight. Plus, the lack of strap adjustment or hook closures may be a bummer for some.

Right from the first try-on, the Senita Sarah’s high compression was evident — it felt tight, but we never felt that it ventured into the “too tight” territory. We could still fit two fingers between the straps and shoulders while the band provided a snug fit under the breasts. We wouldn’t recommend this for all-day wearing since it starts becoming uncomfortable towards the end of the day, but when it came to high-impact exercises, it had no trouble keeping us supported and comfy. Did we mention that it has a pocket for your phone at the back?

It has thick yet non-removable padding that some may consider a con, but at least you don’t have to worry about them twisting in the wash, right? Lastly, while the absence of strap adjustments or hook closures might sound like a drawback, our testers found the fit so on-point that these features weren’t missed.

Price at time of publish: $32

Sizes: XS - XXL | Material: Nylon, Spandex | Adjustable: No

Why We Like It: For D+ chests, the support and comfort this bra provides can’t be beaten, even during high-impact exercises.

It’s Worth Noting: People with smaller chests might find the high compression to be too much. Also, it’s comfy, but we wouldn’t recommend it for all-day wear.

This bra is godsend for D+ divas. As we delved into high-impact routines, it quickly became evident that this bra is built to support. It encapsulates the breasts and separates them well without any spillage. Since both the straps and the band are adjustable, the lift and weight distribution felt like a tailor-made experience. We also love how the soft and gentle inner material gently cradled our chest, all while being breathable to boot. Even post-workout, we saw no chafing or any red marks.

Since this bra provides high compression, we think it may be a bit overkill for smaller chests, but it might be just right for those with bigger busts. It does come with a slightly premium price tag, but when you consider the unparalleled comfort and rock-solid support, it's a worthy purchase.

Sizes:  32C - 38DD | Material:  Spandex, Nylon | Adjustable: Yes

Why We Like It: It’s all easy on and off with its no-fuss zip-front design.

It’s Worth Noting: The zipper tends to slide down when it’s not properly clasped, so always double-check.

If you’re like us who look forward to taking the bra off after workouts, you’ll love the Athleta Ultimate’s stylishly functional zip-front design. Aside from the zip-front, it just fits really well. The wide straps don’t chafe and are super comfy on the skin, while the band has a secure, snug fit without feeling too tight. When exercising, it can definitely keep up with medium to high-impact activities without riding up or pinching the skin. In fact, the fit and material are so comfy that we found ourselves reaching for it during chill days at home. It also holds up really well post-wear and wash, maintaining structure and fabric integrity.

However, we sometimes ran into a couple of zipper slips, so double-check the zipper clasp to avoid any accidents. We would’ve loved it if the straps and band were adjustable, but it didn’t bother us since it was a stellar fit.

Price at time of publish: $59

Sizes: XXS - XL | Material:  Recycled Nylon/Lycra | Adjustable: No

Why We Like It: A great combination of impressive compression and a flattering silhouette.

It’s Worth Noting: The bra isn't adjustable, but if you nail the fit, this point becomes a non-issue.

When we're talking about stellar compression in sports bras, the Outdoor Voices Double Time Bra is a standout name. The first thing that our reviewers noticed was the impressive support the thick straps and band provided. These components made sure everything stayed put without compromising on that flattering aesthetic. While we did find the ribcage band a bit on the tighter side, its non-slipping nature made up for it. We also loved how light and breathable the fabric felt, which is a lifesaver during heated workout sessions. But despite being lightweight, the bra withstood multiple washes like a champ and showed no signs of wear and tear.

The only hiccup might be the lack of adjustability, but given we found our Goldilocks fit, it never really posed a challenge. No complaints price-wise, too, since it aligns perfectly with its quality.

Price at time of publish: $48

Sizes: XXS - XXXL | Material: Polyester, Spandex | Adjustable: No

Why We Like It: It’s got that comfy, true-to-size snugness that keeps everything in check during those high-energy runs. Affordable, too!

It’s Worth Noting: Although its double-layered fabric provides decent concealment, there could be times when you feel a bit exposed, especially during colder conditions.

The Reebok Running Sports Bra has an amazing fit. It’s true to its size and nestles just right, so we didn’t have to worry about any pinching or chafing. The soft, stretchy band feels comfortable and keeps everything in place, minus the annoying ride-ups. The supportive straps also eliminate any bouncing while keeping your twins up and supported, no matter how intense your running sessions become. Additionally, the bra held up through multiple uses and washes — no signs of wear and tear or fading colors at all.

A small trade-off is the lack of padding (which we actually kinda liked), but it does compensate for it with a thick double layer of fabric. However, we did notice our nipples peek through the fabric, especially during colder days, so if that’s something that bothers you, take note. Nevertheless, we think this sports bra will be a great running buddy, especially at an affordable price of $35.

Price at time of publish: $35

Sizes: XXS - XL | Material: Polyester, Elastane | Adjustable: No

Why We Like It: This adjustable sports bra adapts easily from low-impact to high-intensity workouts (like running) without restriction.

It’s Worth Noting: While the extended band provides a great fit, it can roll up and feel a bit uncomfortable at times.

The Oiselle Queen Bra fits almost dreamlike, especially when you’ve dialed in the right size. The snug straps ensure zero movement and distribute weight without issue. One of the things we love the most about it is the additional material on the band (an extra 3 inches, approximately), which provides a snug, secure fit that prevents ride-ups. However, the band sometimes rolls up when we sit down, applying pressure around the middle. It does get a bit uncomfortable at times, but it’s comfortable most of the time, especially while working out. Speaking of workouts, whether it's running, jumping, walking, or a rigorous HIIT session, it’s got our backs (or, more aptly, our fronts).

The bra's adjustability, while a fantastic feature, does come with a tiny caveat. Some of our reviewers noted that it took some work and flexibility to adjust the straps while wearing the bra. Also, if you’re thinking of making this a daily wear bra, you may run into some issues because of the potential band roll-up.

Sizes: 32C - 40DD | Material: Polyester, Spandex | Adjustable: Yes

Price at time of publish: $78

Why We Like It: The light compression and soft fabric make our yoga sessions feel like we’re on cloud nine.

It’s Worth Noting: Those looking for high-impact support or with larger chests might find the slender straps slightly challenging.

We always love a good longline bra, and lululemon’s Cloud Longline Bra is one of the best ones we’ve tried. The band and straps lay comfortably flush against the skin but weren’t restrictive, so we didn’t have to worry about back rolls or leaving red marks. The straps have great tension and support, so the breasts stay in place throughout workouts. Also, the soft and smooth fabric is both comfortable and breathable, so we didn’t experience any overheating. Instead of removable cups, it has molded cups that are lightly padded for modesty and support. But despite that, we never felt like our nipples were on display, even with lighter colors.

There's no adjustability on the straps, band, or cups, but we didn’t really feel like we needed it. This bra is designed for low-impact exercises like yoga, so we don’t really recommend using it for high-impact workouts. We also wouldn’t recommend this to those with larger chests since they may find the support a bit lacking.

Price at time of publish: $68

Sizes: 2 - 14 | Material: Nylon, Elastane, Polyurethane (cups) | Adjustable: No

Why We Like It: Its soft, breathable, and moisture-wicking fabric kept us comfy, dry, and odor-free, even during the sweatiest workout sessions.

It’s Worth Noting: If you’re looking for something adjustable, this sports bra isn’t it.

We've experienced ill-fitting sports bras leading to unnecessary bouncing, but with Harper Wilde’s Move Sports Bra, we were pleasantly protected and firmly grounded. The band and straps were tight yet kind to the skin, leaving no traces or red marks post-workout. It kept our boobs supported and in place with no excess bouncing or boob spillage at all. But what we love the most about this bra is its antimicrobial and moisture-wicking fabric, which absorbs sweat efficiently without making us feel icky. Because of this, getting in and out of the sports bra was made much easier. The fabric is also durable and held up nicely in the wash with no fading, pilling, or stretching in sight.

The only downside we see is the lack of adjustability in the straps and bands, but this didn’t bother us since the fit was great. And lastly, as a nice touch, there’s a small pocket at the back to keep your phone safe and secure during runs.

Price at time of publish: $45

Sizes: XS - 3XL | Material: Nylon, Spandex | Adjustable: No

Why We Like It: This longline sports bra seamlessly doubles as a stylish crop top, perfect for both working out and daily wear.

It’s Worth Noting: There’s a lack of adjustability on this bra, but with a good fit, it shouldn’t be a problem.

Upon wearing it, we immediately noticed the snug fit of the lululemon Flow Y. It offers medium compression that’s a touch on the tighter side but in a way that provides top-notch support. That snugness extends to the band around the ribcage, but it wasn’t uncomfortable at all. It did a fantastic job of staying put and not riding up, no matter how intense the workout got. We were also really impressed with how our boobs were kept centered and fully contained throughout the day. Additionally, the bra fared well throughout multiple uses and washes without any wear and tear, living up to the lululemon’s reputation of quality and durability.

Considering what it brings to the table, its median price point feels completely justified. Adjustable would’ve been another plus point for this bra, but even without it, it felt secure and comfortable to wear.

Price at time of publish: $58

Sizes:  2 - 14 | Material: Nylon, Lycra, Polyester, Elastane | Adjustable: No

Why We Like It: Aside from being stylish, comfy, and supportive, it has a discrete pocket between the bra lining for storing your stuff.

It’s Worth Noting: It’s a non-adjustable sports bra that’s a bit pricey (but we think the quality and features you’re getting are well worth the price).

The Tracksmith Allston Bra checks all the boxes on a runner’s sports bra wish list. First off, it has a great fit that’s secure and compressive yet unrestrictive, making it easy to slip on and off. The straps and band also rest comfortably on the skin without leaving any marks or riding up during workouts. Second, we didn’t experience any bothersome bouncing while running since it was very good at keeping our bust lifted, supported, and in place. Third, the super lightweight fabric is moisture-wicking and kept us fresh, even on long, sweaty workouts. Lastly, we really love the secret pocket hidden between the bra lining — the perfect place to hold your phone or keys while on the go.

Now, for the downsides: the straps and bands aren’t adjustable, which may be a bummer for some. We love how it fits, though, so we didn’t really need to adjust anything. It’s quite pricey at $72, but we can see it being worth a splurge, especially if it means you don’t need to buy a running belt or phone holder.

Sizes:  XS - L | Material: Nylon, Elastane | Adjustable: No

Why We Like It: The Alo Yoga Wild Thing Bra strikes the perfect balance between casual wear and workout gear with its durable construction and stylish design.

It’s Worth Noting: While it shines for low to medium-impact activities, those who want support for high-intensity workouts and those with bigger chests may want to reconsider.

This Alo Yoga Wild Thing Bra had us smitten at first sight with its cute ruched front and beautiful color selection. It's a little longer than a traditional sports bra, and we find it stylish enough to pass as athleisure. Now, performance-wise, we’re glad it didn’t disappoint. We love that the fit is flattering and supportive, offering low to medium compression. We didn’t experience any tightness or pinching with the straps or band, and the fabric felt really soft, smooth, and breathable even after a 5-mile hike. Its moisture-wicking properties kept us relatively fresh and cool, although it may not be enough for intense, sweaty workouts.

Since it doesn’t have high compression, there may not be enough support for bigger chests, especially during high-intensity workouts. This bra also has no adjustable parts, but honestly, we felt those didn’t really take away anything from the quality and performance. Overall, this Alo bra is a solid choice if you want to make a fashion statement in and out of the gym.

Sizes:  XS - XL | Material: Nylon, Elastane | Adjustable: No

Price at time of publish: $68

Why We Like It: It feels as comfy as your favorite lounge bra but packs a punch in the support department.

It’s Worth Noting: The non-adjustable design might be a bit limiting for some, particularly those with larger chests.

During testing, we found ourselves reaching for the Lemedy Women Padded Sports Bra even during non-workout days since it’s so versatile. Whether we’re lounging at home or pushing through a HIIT session, its soft, breathable material combined with impressive support is always up to the task. The fit hits the sweet spot; the band comfortably hugs below the bust without feeling too tight or riding up, while the straps lay flat and secure without leaving any marks. We felt secure and supported all throughout — no gapping or boob spillage. It also has the right amount of padding as an extra layer of comfort. And with 20 colors to choose from, there’s a lot to love in this tank-style sports bra.

While being non-adjustable may put others off, we think the longer design and great fit make up for it. Plus, we found no issues with slipping in and out of this sports bra, even after a sweaty workout. However, those with bigger chests may want to consider how the lack of adjustability would work for them. But for us? We couldn't have asked for a more snug fit for both our workouts and relaxation days.

Sizes: S - XXL | Material: Nylon, Spandex | Adjustable: No

Aside from aesthetics, the style of your sports bra also affects the fit, comfort level, and ease of movement. Nowadays, there’s a wide variety of sports bra styles to choose from. Some popular styles include the racerback, which is popular for high-intensity workouts due to its snug fit and medium to high compression. Speaking of compression, compression bras prioritize holding the breasts tightly against the chest and are usually a good choice for those with bigger breasts or those who go for high-impact activities. Encapsulation bras, on the other hand, offer individual cups, providing shape without compromising on the support. Criss-cross backs offer flexibility and a touch of flair. When finding the right style for you, consider what type of exercise you’ll be doing and what you find most comfortable.

The key to getting the support you need lies depends on the material, says Johnson. The fabric used in a sports bra determines its stretchiness, breathability, moisture-wicking abilities, and overall comfort.

For example, cotton is soft and gentle, it may retain moisture, making it less ideal for sweat-heavy exercises. If you do sports with a lot of movement, synthetic fabrics, like polyester or spandex, are a good choice since they combine durability with stretch to keep up with your body's movements. Some advanced fabrics are even designed to offer antimicrobial properties to prevent unpleasant odors from sweat build-up.

Choosing fabrics without any scratchy or itchy elements is also important to avoid any skin irritations or abrasions. Lastly, it’s also important to consider sustainable materials. This means looking for sports bras made from recycled materials as well as fabrics that are long-lasting and durable.

Adjustability is always nice to have, but it’s not always needed, especially if you find the perfect sports bra size. However, according to Johnson, our body/breast size can go through short and long-term variations, so being able to adjust the fit can be a lifesaver.

Consider whether the straps and/or bands are adjustable or not. You should also think about what type of workout you’ll be doing and calibrate your sports bra to the amount of support you need and the impact level of the activity.

At the core of any sports bra's functionality is support. The primary purpose of a sports bra is to minimize uncomfortable breast movement during physical activity, reducing strain and potential injury. Low-impact activities such as walking or yoga usually require minimal support, while activities like running or aerobics demand maximum support to prevent discomfort or long-term damage. Depending on the type of support you need, check to see if your sports bra has underwires, padding, and reinforced straps. To gauge the right level of support, consider the exercise intensity and your body’s physical needs for optimal safety and comfort.

Yep, sports bras are designed to be snugger than regular bras to effectively minimize bounce during workouts. While they might feel tight, especially during high-impact activities, Johnson stresses that they shouldn’t restrict breathing during exercise. Adjustable band bras allow you to fine-tune the fit based on your activity level and post-workout.

To maximize the lifespan of your sports bra, it's best to wash it in cooler water. Machine washing is fine, but steer clear of bleach or other aggressive chemicals that could harm the bra's spandex and its support. Instead of using high dryer temperatures, always opt to air dry.

Absolutely not. According to Johnson, some theories wrongly claim that wearing bras restricts lymph gland function and leads to breast cancer. These misconceptions stem from deeply flawed "studies" that are completely false. Engaging in an active lifestyle is key to warding off many diseases — and a supportive, well-fitting sports bra is essential to help you achieve this.
